Terrible Heart Burn

I have been feeling weird in my stomach since last night. I feel bloated and gassy, then my heart burn kicked in. I've been chewing tums but nothing really happened. Today to make things worse, I went out with my husband to eat at an Indian resto. I really didn't eat much, but still since the food was spicy I felt my stomach grumbled. Oh well, I should know better, spicy food is the worst enemy of heart burn. Also since I have not been eating on time lately and then eat when I feel very very hungry (which I know also is a bad thing to do, but stubborn me) so now I'm suffering, arrgh!

Anyway, I had my favorite green tea and I felt a little better, still gassy but better. Green tea really calms down my stomach. My Gastroentorologist in the Philippines told me that when I get heart burn again, green tea is the safest drink to take. So I learned to love green tea ever since.
