I was out with my son last Wednesday for my car's regular oil change and check up. It lasted longer than I thought so I skipped going to the mall to buy undies at Victoria Secret. I promised my Korean friend that I will stop by for a quick playdate because we missed her son at Gymboree for two weeks already. We were supposed to stay for only an hour because Daniel has an appointment with a teacher at noontime. But Mikey got so engrossed playing with new toys so I had a hard time pulling him away from them, we ended up staying until 3pm.
Daniel and Mikey always enjoy being around each other, they are almost of the same age, Daniel is just older by 8 days. They ran around the yard, blew bubbles, scribbled chalk on the driveway and watched Baby Einstein DVD together. Sometimes they could be rough, wrestling each other for a Thomas the Train toy albeit tons of other toys lying on the floor. 'Share' and 'wait for your turn' are definitely not in their vocabulary yet.
