I agree with you Mira that no one wants to perform bank chores by having to visit bank regularly. Lately, with mobile banking, you can also perform bank transactions, pay bills etc on the go. in India Barclays have launched a new form of mbanking called Hello Money which seems quite simple and user friendly.
