I recently started doing traditional scrapbooking despite the popularity of digiscrapbooking. This was one of my earliest creations as an entry to a scrapbook contest that I joined in (52 Sketches,,,52 Weeks). My favorite subject is my son Michael, and he is the reason why I wanted to pursue this new hobby in the first place. I was so inspired while doing this layout, I was able to compose a poem for Mikey in an instant! This is my first entry to Scrapbook Saturday. Here's the text of the poem I composed for Mikey.
A Poem For Mikey
You paint a sMile on my face everyday,
With your Infectious smile my boredom is kept at bay,
You put a twinKle in my tired eyes,
Because you are funny and silly at most timEs,
You are truly an angel sent from heaven above.

(Sorry MammaDawg, this is quite late, I just backdated it, I attended an overnight scrapbook workshop 8:30pm Friday till 5am Saturday, I was a sleeping beauty on Saturday,LOL)
