Mikey With Giant Zucchinis

Our neighbor is a busy bee in his vegetable garden and every time he harvests any vegetables he'll surely give us something. One time he gave us some kind of a bouquet lettuce, its the first time I've seen such and it tasted really good and crunchy in salad. And then last week, he gave us these two 'gigantic' zucchinis, one is 19 1/2" long and the other one is 18" long. The first dish that came to mind was Zucchini Bread, which I did and posted in My Kitchen Table, click here to see the recipe. And the other one that I planned in making (suggested by my neighbor) which I haven't tried looking for recipe yet is Zucchini Casserole.
