Playdate and Hand-Me-Downs

I had a pretty busy day today. Right after my son's EI session today, I picked my girlfriend and her daughter to drive to our other girlfriend's house for a playdate. It was a pretty good drive and we arrived at almost lunch time. We had fried fish, eggplant omelette and rice for lunch and fruit salad for dessert. Oh I ate too much. Our kids also had a grand time playing with the tons of toys. After lunch, we hung out in the backyard. It was a bright and sunny day with cool breeze. The children ran around the yard, played in the sand and slide. My girlfriend packed a bag full of snow outfit hand-me-downs for my son too. I'm so grateful that I have really good friends who shower my son with hand-me-downs ;-). I don't need to buy my son new snow jackets for winter anymore.
