PR3 For My Old Url
This blog used to be a blogspot.com but sometime in August, I switched to domain hoping that it will give me more opportunities as far as paid blogging is concerned. Well In October, it was lucky enough to be bestowed with a PR3 which it enjoyed for almost two weeks. Expectedly, my campaign opportunities skyrocketed. Then all of a sudden it's gone. But when I checked my old url http://i-exhale.blogspot.com, it also has PR3 which it is enjoying until now, what a bummer. I wish the effect of that PR3 will also be re-directed to my domain, lol. Sometimes I regret switching to domain *sigh*.

Hi Mira.
ReplyDeleteI read about a PR update in other blogs. I even wrote a brief post about it.
Sorry to hear you lost your PR. I´m next...lol.
With a domain you have more opp, I just wish PPP had approved mine.
Good Saturday xxx
I wonder why that is so? Before I got my own domain for Nurturing Nigel, I was already PR 1. And now with my new domain its zero. I guess I have to build it up again. But I also see that my old url has pr 1.
ReplyDeleteDoes your blogger page link to your new blog? That will help. If the page rank is high for it, and it links to here, the page rank will reflect it, plus all the people who visit your blogger page will come here.
ReplyDeleteIf it makes you feel any better, I lost mine entirely. I was a PR2, now I'm nothing! I was kidding when I said that I owed my PR to Blogging Project Runway, but now that's over (and who knows when it will start again?), so's my PR. Oh well. But thanks to several photo memes I joined, Flamingo Fotos (http://flamingofotos.blogspot.com) is still at PR2. But I'm trying not to do adverts on Flamingo Fotos (most of the options don't fit), so I'm in a quandry.
