So almost every morning I either have fresh fruit smoothie, fruits and cottage cheese, or oatmeal with fresh fruits for breakfast. Aside from trying to lose weight, I also try to lead a healthy life as I'm not getting any younger. It's been a struggle for me to maintain the weight that I want and I really try hard. My bone structure is actually small so I don't have problems with my limbs they're really thin, but my main problem area is my tummy. I always dream of having flat abs and its hard to achieve that goal. I'd say I need natural appetite suppressants to really control my cravings for food or I just need to visit the gym more often. Either one should work.
